Considering that the end-of-term examination is mandatory on lms and the examination must be conducted based on the defined date and time in the Golestan system, it is therefore necessary for respected faculty members to conduct a trial examination in the examination section during the remaining weeks of the current term. This will serve as practice for both faculty and students.

Furthermore, please report any failure to conduct the trial examination to the education expert and the technology expert of the higher education center.

Dear colleagues, the guide files for creating an examination, correcting, and recording grades are in Lms . It is worth mentioning that the link to the training video for creating an examination has also been uploaded in advance within the system in the bulletin board section (on the left side of the user profile).

As mentioned in this guide, firstly, creating a question group in the question bank section of each course is mandatory for creating an examination. Secondly, when creating a question group, in the section where you determine the access level of the questions, the "Only for myself" option is selected by default. If you change it to "Other users and..." the questions you design will be visible and usable in the question bank of other courses and for other colleagues as well.

Therefore, pay attention and be careful about these two points so that you do not encounter problems when creating an examination and your questions are not accessible in the question bank of others.
