Required Documents for In-Person Registration of Accepted Students in the 2014 National Entrance Examination

1. Original high school diploma or temporary certificate with the seal and signature of the high school principal. 2. Original diploma or temporary certificate of the new secondary school system with the seal and signature of the high school principal. 3. Original certified transcripts of secondary and pre-university courses. 4. Original diploma or certificate of the year before the diploma with the seal and signature of the high school principal. 5. Original birth certificate along with two complete sets of photocopies of all its pages. 6. Original national ID card along with two sets of photocopies. 7. 12 passport-size (4x3 cm) photographs taken this year, full-face, with the applicant's name and details written on the back (for those subject to military service). 8. 6 passport-size (4x3 cm) photographs taken this year, full-face, with the applicant's name and details written on the back (for students who have a military service completion card). 9. Postal receipt for educational verification of the pre-university and diploma courses. 10. Complete printout of online registration. (It should be noted that the student must personally submit their registration documents to the Education Unit of Poldokhtar Higher Education Center from September 20th to September 22nd.)
