  • Handling matters related to students' graduation

- Verification of educational credentials

- Inquiry regarding financial obligations and student welfare fund

- Inquiry regarding borrowed books from the library

- System registration of students' personal and educational documents

- Performing system-related tasks, electronic and physical file submission

Responsibilities Related to the Education Department:

  • Issuance of teaching certificates for faculty
  • Submission of faculty documents for permit issuance
  • Registration and approval of faculty courses at the end of each semester
